Because the original modeler literally used Wesker's head to make a Johnny Cage out of it lol

It's cool how these days you can do this kind of thing with PAC3 and so much more lol

i thing somthing is cursed about this since when i load up a map it keeps infinite loading and when i play on a map with entiitys it all starts attack me

It took some checking to see if it really was Wesker's head pasted.

Alas it didn't take much to prove my hunch was right.

Plus I wasn't the person who made the model I just edited the model from the link in the description to work as a playermodel.
