My apologies, I didn't realise there were a couple issues with the map to load as base game, I've updated the map & verified it loads as base vanilla game.

I am currently using this map, roads are great and well thought out, I mad some minor changes to where industry is located but other than that I love it. Currently at 70k pop and growing. The metro works great I am still at 87% traffic with despawning off. The trains are a bit confusing until you stand back a study them for a bit, but once you figure that out they run smooth. Great job!

I can't load it why?

It took some fenagaling, but I got it to work in a few tries. It seems like there's an issue with squares that you don't personally buy or something. Either way I got mine working.

For some reason the paths are under the grass, and the buildings spawn below street level. Across the map is the level too low?

I disabled all assets & mods, restarted the game, subscribed to this & it loaded just fine, no errors or issues.

I would disable all mods & try starting a new game, I’m not sure why it won’t load other than a mod issue/conflict. I’ll try later to start a new game by disabling all my mods & assets to see if it loads for me.

Unfortunately it also doesn't load properly for me and due to the object errors it is unplayable.
A shame, because it would have looked really nice otherwhise
