Could you make one that only doubles authority bonus? It feels like this one completely negates all dissatisfaction of nobles since there is no way to build more cities than authority with this mod.

Thank you! The game really needed something like this. It's really frustrating that you can't conquer the whole map due to the low authority limit and are forced to abritrarily destroy your own cities to expand.
