I actually did move her eye forward by a pixel, the base Isaac sprite has some weird side-eye placement, but I didn't want to move it too forward because otherwise the eye would look weird when paired with certain passive item costumes... That said, I would still recommend getting the "Old Wardrobe" mod because some item costumes look really weird on her sprite.

I like it but the side view sprite kind of looks like her eye is too far towards the middle of her head
