Yeah add RPT/River Park Towers, maybe not the school and all that other stuff but the building itself would be really cool. Anyway, love the Tracey towers, you nailed the design it looks perfect.

Both towers have a combined 871 housing units irl!

Or about 435 units per tower if anyone wants to know for the realistic population mod.

I see these buildings everyday. They are massive and tall. The best views of them are on the 2 and 4 trains.

@theb2blandlord Morrisania Air Rights is brutalist, Kingsbridge Armory is not. But check out Chatham Towers ;)

👍 I like this kind of architecture and this complex was on my todo list. I was going to do them with condos at 309 E 49th and 924 2nd Avenue (Peregrine Tower). They are united by a very catchy brutalism. I hope to start making these buildings after the New Year.
