@ohnbrink That's odd. I double checked this mod and it only adds Medics to the Astra Militarum's Imperial Barracks.

My best guess is that one of the other mods you've listed overrides/replaces the Astra Militarum's Manufactorum, and that mod isn't up to date with the latest unit DLCs.

I think it might be the Armoured Sentinel mod. Sorry I can't do more. Good luck!

Hey guys. I'm running the following mods: Armoured sentinel, Astra militarum medics, Maraurder destroyer for AM, EBF super heavy wrecks, EBF city ruins.
And with the latest DLC the new Rogal Dorn tank could not be produced. It can be researched, but the button to build one just isn't there. I haven't been able to figure out what mod breaks this, but you might want to check it out.

@fullmetalobiwan They should be produced from the Imperial Barracks, the same building that produces the other Astra Militarum infantry units.
