It is a coop mission, so it can only be played in the multiplayer part of arma although you can play it solo and private without being accessible to anyone else.

If you haven't launch the multiplayer browser, here's how:
Launch Arma. Once it's started select 'multiplayer' then 'server browser'
At the top select 'host server'. A list of settings will show up. Look at the 'HOST' option. If you have it set to 'LAN' then it will be a private game. Click the 'Host Server' button.
Next you can choose the map on the left, and the mission on the right. So click 'Altis' on the left and you should see 'Ground Breach' on the right. Click it then click 'play'.

The Western Sahara is a DLC so you have to buy it. You can find it here

Ground Breach is available on a lot of free maps though. Use this link to see all the missions I've made and find the Ground Breach ones. On each workshop page there is a section on the right that either says 'Required DLC' or 'Required Items'. The 'items' ones are free to get, just click on the link and subscribe. Then from the Arma launcher click on MODS or DLC and then click the box next to the mod/dlc you want enabled.

Ground breach mission that work with no mods or dlc:
Altis
Malden

These use free mods:
Bozoum
Chernarus 2020
Lythium
Pulau
Takistan
Kujari

Also, be aware that my missions only run under the 'multiplayer' mode of arma. You can still run them solo, but they don't launch from the single player menus of arma.

how do you load up mods in the arma 3 launcher can seem to find the mod to add it there?
Ive never loaded mods before.

I would like to give you the DLC as a token of my appreciation. I have looked for a replayeable dynamic CQB mission since 2013. Ground Breach completely meets my needs. Will you accept my friend request to receive the gift?

CSLA is the only DLC I don't own for Arma 3 at present. If I get it I'll convert Ground Breach to it.

Could you make Ground Breach for Gabreta(CSLA DLC)? The terrain has a lot of enterable buildings, so it is very suitable for CQB.

Love your work skull! Play ground breach all the time love it, is there a possibility to entroduce a new optiion where a random air or ground vehicle can attack sort of like a boss?

If I remember correctly, about 1/3 of the enemy should remain in place in buildings. I'll see if that's still working as designed. As for a starting building, I haven't come up with a good way to have the building work if it spawns on a slope. The bunker thing adjusts to slopes, but buildings either are 1/2 underground or aren't upright. In one of my missions (Ground Patrol) the players start in a car to get around this, but I feel like Ground Breach needs more cover in the starting position. I'll think more on this. Great mission with good replayability, really enjoyed it with my friend. Having said that there are two things that I would improve upon:

Building that you start in could be better; fortified house would greatly add to the immersion.

It could be a good idea to spawn some enemies inside buildings and disable their pathing, that would require player to do some room clearing.
