If they're invisible, you're running it on a server that disables character mods but only allows weapon reskins/models/sounds. Might wanna know the difference between all the sv_pure values.

That's cuz the body of the models are basically vanilla, but the helmets and accessories are custom so they use the required custom textures. Using skins from other mods might alter the textures for the clothing and apparel but not the actual custom models.
