Technically, no hats are required to beat the level, but I recommend the brewing hat. If you are struggling to beat it you may want to play the story more to get the timestop hat.

Are you jumping? If there's a swirl that means you can't jump. It's the whole point of the Solar Pillar.

Probably not, I have many boss ideas but am not familiar enough with modding to make bosses. It'd be pretty sick though!
