also AI is not working at all for me nobody is moving it acts like theres no nodes despite me subbing

would be cool if there was a way to open the map in a truly multithreaded tool that would grind down your cpu or gpu and generate the nodes automatically and try to fill all spaces, that way it doesn't have to be hand done

idk why the game says there's no AI node even after installing this. fyi map was rp_southside_day. does anyone know why this is happening

I can confirm that the game rebuilding the nodegraph breaks the nodes. Type ai_norebuildgraph 1 in the console and then go to your garrysmod\maps\graphs folder and delete the 1 KB rp_southside.ain. You can use ai_nodes in the console to verify that the nodes are truly loaded

That is amazing news but really p!sses me off because I spent over a decade requesting the development team to increase the limit and they constantly claimed it was "Engine locked".

Now I'm an old fart that hasn't touched GMod in ages, and they finally increase it. Dirty buggers.

they've increased the max nodes by 2x, so you can probably fully node this now

Type "ai_norebuildgraph 1" in the console, incase the map says the nodegraph is outdated.

The nodes don't work in spite of me subscribing to this. I re-installed it, re-installed the maps, did all that and they still won't show.

I'm not sure if you know how to fix that but is there a method to get it mounted right?

This is pretty awesome, though I've noticed NPCs have trouble getting onto stairs? They go down them fine, but they can't seem to walk onto them.

You likely just have to put "ai_norebuildgraph 1" or "ai_norebuildgraph 0" into the console before loading into the map.

Just install a separate node mod instead of both and then the other one tha'ts navmesh with not working nodes.

the AI tend to stop working for me after a few min of running them, they stop moving and just stay at their point of spawn. and im using the right map too, and the night version of the map nodes dont even work.

Nodes are working fine for me. Make sure you type in ai_norebuildgraph 1 into the console before loading into the map.

I just realized that it puts the nodes and navmesh into the map. (I've never used these before) How do I get it to work though, when I put "ai_norebuildnodegraph 1" in like you told someone else it says unknown command and the ai just stand there as usual.
