Yeah the quality certainly isn't the best but matches that of the original. I'm not much of a modder but might give a HD version a go sometime in the future!

I do believe a lot of, if not most of the people who work there do live on site. But yeah I just figured a Black Mesa specific newspaper that has been canonically seen before made a bit more sense than a random European newspaper reporting on events that haven't occurred yet.
