Sorry for the horrendously delayed response, this map doesn't have the hrcs suffix, as it has to replace the actual d2_coast_01 or else the buggy won't have a tau cannon, so it should be in the Half-Life 2 map category, simply as "d2_coast_01"

Not sure what could be causing the issue, but this level isn't showing up in my map list. but its accessible if I start on your coast_03, then traveling backwards.
