what do you mean?
did you smoke meth?
Walk/Run:Could be him running in around in a Pot like Pirahna Plant in Smash Bros. but i think it would be cool if for when he walks he just slides through the ground, but when he runs,he uses his many vines as legs.
Jump:Either him in a Pot,or him just jumping out of the ground like a Fish.
Jab:He summons a single small pellet that floats in the air for a tiny bit before fastly speeding towards the nearest opponent (it tracks a bit)
Forward Grounded:He summons a Vine and smashes the ground in front of him
Down Grounded:Summons vines that pop out of the ground to both sides of him
Up grounded:he ejects himself from the Ground above him for a bit, almost like an Upward tackle
Forward Aerial:he uses a Scythe like Vine to hit people in front of him (spikes)
Backward Aerial:he turns around and lets out a quick bite (or just hits them with his pot
Upward Aerial:summons a Thorn from his back(?) or his pot that juts out upwards
Downward Aerial:uses the end of his Stem as a Pogo of sorts (like SSL Ridleys) or you can just have him in a Pot do the classic Sandbert Downward Aerial
Special:Summons 3 Pellets that float in the air around him for a bit before rapidly homing in on an Opponent nearly anywhere on the screen (can miss And can be somewhat spammed)
taunt:Flowey looks at the Camera and lets out a Sinister laugh while making a Demonic looking face
