So I'm not sure whats wrong but i deactivated every single mod by this one, but the naman can hire any of these units even with the weapons store? did I do something wrong again ?

Chances are you are having the same problem I did, Salamander tried to make this mod as compatible as possible, but it does sometimes clash with other replacer mods, I doubt you can use both at the same time, this mod is really amazing and you can see the care and time that went into it.

Dynasty Warlords (DW) mod is my only active 'major' mod. I tried putting this mod both above and below DW without success. I don't see the the following (left to right, top-down):
first row, from right, first;
second row, from left, first, third, fourth, seventh.
I was playing as Dong Zhuo.

This causes yours to break and over writes some of the portrates, i have NO idea why, but if anyone else has this problem, CHECK EVERY MOD, even if you think it won't effect this one at all, the author could have accidently left in some of the PNG's or over wrote even the smallest things.
