This mod is absurdly nostalgic to me, every time I remember old TNO I also remember the Horst Lied main theme, the remixes of Final Countdown, Come and Get Your Love and many more

Well I use this one along with a bunch of other music mods with Kaiserreich, OWB, TNO, or EAW. I notice the separate fallout music pack usually has issues too previously being unselectable. Maybe il try unselecting some, but usually they all work together baring whichever wants to take over the menu theme or disappear from the music list selector in game.

@ShogoXT which mods specifically do you use this with?

I use this mod with other non TNO mods and music mods to have lots to choose from. Before the latest update it worked fine. Now its no longer a selection in the in game player.

@4lp4gu: The song appeared in the background of an offensive video so I removed it with a different version of the same song. I should add To Ost-Paris, you're right about that.

I'm sorry, but I hate the Horst Wessel Lied main menu music. What's the file you used to replace it with? I can't find it by just searching "The New Order".

@PlayStationIsBetter I apologize for the lack of updates, but I don't see why this submod wouldn't still work. Nothing has changed substantially enough in the code to my knowledge, so everything should run as I intended.

Does this still runs without any bugs or problems? Since the last update is in 2023

As a suggestion, I'd prefer if the mod keep the base TNO menu music. The Horst-Wessel Lied remix is good but the offical main menu theme goes better with the audio when you start a game ("Germany calling"). Also the Horst Wessel Lied is too high so you can barely hear the words.

@LoreSuperSucc: I just tested the mod, it still works fine. It shows that it's out of date, but it's still working. Music mods like this one don't typically go out of date unless they change aspects of the code. An example of that occurring was when they released the Toolbox Theory patch. They changed the tags for a number of Russian warlords, so I had to adjust the code for a few songs to match the new tags.

@Henandi11: Like I stated in the above message, I have tested the mod, and I did not notice anything wrong with the shuffle feature. I probably wouldn't run this mod with any other music submods or music stations. It's possible that causes the problem (but I don't think it would).

why does the music player not work? I have to manually play songs, but it refuses to play them automatically, and the shuffle does not work

Please update this mod, It is out of date because of the new DLC update

ayden georges music really fits the theme created by the original direction of TNO and is the best

@A dog with a moustache: The mod doesn't crash or anything if you don't use TNO, but a lot of the songs are scripted to only play under certain conditions that can only happen in TNO.

These songs are really cool and atmospheric.

The song is great and all, but would you consider removing the main menu song override? Hearing it as the one and only song EVERY time for every mod I play is a bit much.

does it work with other mods that are not TNO?

@kerrigan 1603: No, I have not forgotten. But my schedule is pretty busy until late June, so take that as you will.

@Agapi Mou: The mod doesn't crash the base game or anything, but it is not designed for the base game. A lot of the songs are specifically coded for certain nations and/or events in TNO, and therefore they won't play at all in the base game. For example, Wir sind des Geyers schwarzer Haufen is coded to play if you are a contender in the German Civil War, if you are playing as Heydrich's Germany (Ayden George made that his "theme song" if you will), or if you are at war with Burgundy. Obviously none of those are possible in the base game. I would like to add base game compatibility in the future, but that is not high priority at the moment.

I want to let all of you know I haven't forgotten about this music mod - there are still plans for more songs, I just haven't gotten around to modding for awhile. Hopefully I can add some more soon!
