But who knows. Facts are, two games now and no issues with this mod.
As for adding new units:
1) Make a copy of this mod.
2) Open up the copied mod and navigate to "WhateverYouCalledTheCopy\Data\World\Units".
3) Open up the mod that has the unit you want to add the bonus to, and navigate to the \Data\World\Units folder, and keep this folder open because you need to copy names from it.
4) Go back to the copy of this mod and copy any file inside and rename it to exactly the same name as the name of the unit in the mod. If the unit belongs to a different faction/race, you'll need to make a folder in the \Data\World\Units folder with the exact same name as the one from the other mod.
Then launch the game and make sure your newly created copied mod is enabled in the mod menu and you should be good. Also, make sure this newly created mod is near the bottom of the mod load order I believe.
