I agree with what jrpf said, there is a Neon Genesis Evangelion Heads as Helmets mod for xcom, but the models and textures are of poor quality due to the PS2 port.

Don't know if you are able to port higher quality models from other sources?

I did port Juna over to Gmod, which is also compatible with Valve's other Source games.
