Oh I just figured it out, the heads move with the camera so it only happens in big rooms where the camera accelerates faster then player as they move

Okay it's stopped doing that now? I'm not sure why, nothing's really changed that I'd think would effect it other then just having more minisaacs

The Tainted Apollyon minisaac's glowing head accelerates faster then the rest of it's body when walking to the right so it disconnects from the main body until you walk left again

Found what was causing the error! A pretty specific circumstance but I appreciate the comments on the bug. Uploaded a fix

My bad, forgot to check if the tear that spawns actually comes from Minisaac and my code was too good at properly fetching the player directly. Didn't see anything else that would affect the player, so consider this fixed

bugeater435, I had the same problem and it seems that it replace all other tear sprite for the characters that shoots blood like T-Bethany or T-Judas for example. It replaces too for forgotten, with sinus infection for example with a one tear that never changes. So on my side I've seen it for C-section, Explosivo, G-Fuel (wich was the one I debbuged with), Sinus Infection and some other that only received the "color filter" of the tear, for example Ipepac made a green tear but just the filter green. Idk if it helped but hey that's what I found. Anyway the sprite art is really good :3

Is it just me or does this mod replace C-Section fetus sprites as normal tear sprites when playing as tainted Bethany? I did some debugging and this is the only mod when left on that makes it like this.
