Updated: EMP RPG should now be player-only, weapon market value raised, added additional weapontags. Let me know if this seems to be working better or if it needs more tweaking.

Thanks for the report, I'll take a look and see if I can't make them more rare in raids, maybe remove them entirely as they're one-shots and leave the raiders pretty defenseless afterward.

I like the mod, but somehow every single raid has these and only these(including the heat and emp versions), like each of them shoot 1 of these while i am moving, so they have no more weapons and i instantly win the fight.
