The attention to small and fine details is really mindblowing! :)
You can simply delete that line in Dryrain's mod with RPFM, should be in the high elf table. That should allow the game to show the flaming sword VFX as per normal
You sure you don't have a mod that disables certain unit VFX? That's usually why sword flames would be missing
