why does everything have to be halloween restricted ? because the outwardly obsurd ♥♥♥♥ should be saved for ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ halloween so its not overused to death. i have issues with many cosmetics that never got restricted. corpse carrier is a great example. disfigures the shape/flow of regular gameplay.

Good modeling but it seems to clip with too many hats for my taste. Also, I think Valve lacks the sense to make this into a Halloween restricted item, if it were to be added.

It would be really cool if, like in real life, the jaw of the skull side only moved; whilst the fleshy bits have actual muscle movement.

Still awesome though, just a suggestion.
