Really like the concept and rendering, I literally muttered "oh that is good" when i saw the thumbnail.

but i'm worried the combination of one full-body effect and two half-body particles may be too visually intense for in-game, especially with how i'm guessing the green will contrast with most maps/players/particles.

A little bit excessive. You can barely see the player through the effects. Tone it down a bit.
