The ground vehicle needs to be spawned BEFORE the gunship is spawned, this is due to an error in the gmod's get.ents in sphere code

Sounds have been added, they also can pick up vehicles

I plan on adding the pelican sounds once I can figure out how it does the sound effect when the pelican flies off, as it only has the two for when it's idle and when the wind is playing. the weird Rurrrrurrrurrrrurrr sound isn't findable in the files at the moment
