Wierd. I just checked and he is set to spawn at the bar. The squad did not have an AI package so that could be it. If it is it is fixed now, you can give it another go and I'll try to make a new game in the hub aswell to check!

Have you checked the bar at the hub? That is where he is set to spawn. If he is not there you could try an import. If that does not work contact me again and ill take a look at it

Possibly, it's mostly a balancing mechanic. On top of that serrated blades are harder to shapen and resharpen, and the extra cutting ability generally is marginal until you reach a certain hardness of the material you are cutting, which is why it has better amour penetration (which in this case is a reduction in the negative armour pen). Also, no need to call it shit :D
