Is this compatible with Empire Remastered HD?

@jon well considering the "off-topic-ness" of your comment I'd like to reasure most other people that you DON'T need a 3080ti to use this mod. Or a 5900x. You do need a decent-ish GPU with 8GB of VRAM. That's it. Texture size for units doesn't affect fps. Not in a meaningful way. AA/msaa etc are much more of an fps killer. So if you are thinking of using this mod but you think it will not run unless you have a top range gpu - try the mod. It will work without any issues.

Finally finished my new pc build Ryzen 9 5900X and 3080 Ti. Can't wait to try these HD mods, TKS!

@m_ig_uelon currently not, but who knows, maybe in 5 years there will be a reason to say yes for that one.

@freyland it does not touch any paper like tables at all. It's literally just a textures contained in folders.

Does this pack rewrite any tables that would affect overhaul mods like SFO?

@Einherjars_Honor I am pretty sure, right loading order will let you enjoy black Karl Franz armor on pair with this mod. Just don't recall if you should put my mod first or the one you wish to not be replaced, but you'll figure.

As for the ship. It flies.

Damn I want to use this... But the Karl Franz black armor mod is irreplaceable for me. Is there a way I can use both, change something in the load order? If I put the Karl Franz black armor mod after this one in the load order, wouldn't it take precedence?

try deleting your data folder and letting your mods redownload that way. That will be a true clean reinstall of them

The strange thing is i have other HD retextures from you, even the "outdated" ones, but this is really crashing the game, i just redownloaded and still crashes... it stays on title screen for a while and then CTD =(

@Enki if as you mentioned you tested the game with only exact this active mod installed the problem should be in it. As for Empire HD it should not crash the game even if you're using other reskins.

I also have black empire reskin mod and Empire heraldry mod, these could conflict with Empire HD? i already did unsub and resub

@Enki try to resubscribe, most likely some files got corrupted during the mod loading.

@Weirding Way I've talked to few people and according to them there are very few cases where "more detail" will come. It's mostly related to campaign map portraits that stay low quality in tww2 due the way things work, while inbattle textures stay the same quality as tww1 one.

Why not export textures from first game? They would give you more detail?
