Can we get an update of the mod as the game is at v 2.4.2.
Also, as there are light - medium - heavy lasers, then why the Ion type is just hvy?!

Dude I think you nailed this pack. The sounds are all great and the range on them feels pretty accurate for capital ship sizes. Just the ion cannons need to do shield damage and no hull and this will be perfect :). Good work man, can't roll a star destroyer without this pack ever again.

i found a conflict. using this mod and https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2635630603&searchtext=star+wars+weapon together only the single weapon type shows up which is the death star laser, nothing else,

would it be possible to add the octuple heavy turbolaser it would be nice to have the full set for an isd2 or the titan class star destroyer

oh and another note that the ion cannon and heavy turbo laser deal damage normally on shield, the no damage bug its only happen on hull

at first i think it was caused by Realistic Block Physics by SDK, but all other weapons are doing normal. I used Turret Custom Builder V mod to create the turbo laser and increase it firing speed to about 0.6 and the damage output its only 5k per shot, its that really high?

i just remembered theres sometimes a no damage bug, when the damage output of turrets is really high.

I've encountered it with vanilla railguns in the past. never noticed it on the new turrets of my mods.

and i doubt that it is a bug i can fix! :D

i have a bug which my heavy turbo laser and ion cannon sometime do not deal any damage on hit. Really love the mod, hope it can be fix soon ^^

I appreciate it, perhaps it was just having issues with another mod we happen to have installed on the server (bound to happen from time to time).

started a new game on a new PC with only this mod active and it works :/

A recent update hit for the base game, so this needs to be updated. Probably just a version update would fix it.

@uziac do you have any other turret mods installed?
I just checked and i find the Starwars weapons right in the start sector at the equipment dock

try :

/run Entity():addScript("lib/entitydbg.lua")

and check if they appear in the list for cheating. if the list is empty something is wrong.

hm scheint das HET die sell slots übernimmt hab mal nen new game ohne HET gemacht.. da sind sie direkt mit drinne ... entweder die mods mögen sich net oder HET übernimmt die meisten VerkaufsSlots von den ausrüstungsdocks über..schade eig

Gute Frage!
Ich hab ehrlich gesagt keine Ahnung ob die inkompatibel sind. rein theroretisch sollten die HET Dateien anders benannt sein als meine. Die MODS sollten sich also eigentlich gegenseitig ergänzen.
Vielleicht hast du bisher einfach kein Glück gehabt normalerweise sollten die Waffen schon im Startgebiet verfügbar sein.

question here is it compatible with HET weapons mod? so far i didn come across any star wars turrets whatsoever.. or are they spawnen later stages like naonite area`?

Thanks for this great mod, it works perfectly with the current version of the game. My brother and i are having a really good playthrough, and the mod fits perfectly with our Ships. I hope you keep it up to date in the future, and keep up the good work!

np you can do that on your own;) , but be aware that if i update the modlua for version compability the whole mod gets reuploaded that means your tweaks will be gone. better you make copies of your tweaked files so you can switch them in if an update comes. ;)

I had to do a private fork for my server and nerf the Heavy Turbos and Ions pretty hard otherwise you would get one shot when a group of pirates with all Heavy Turbos or Ions warped in. I haven't seen any way to prevent the AI from using particular weapons though unfortunately

uhmm? it does use them? LOL. i did not programmed the AI to do so. in facti didnt even touched any vanilla game content. and i seriously dont know how to prevent it from using it

of course it is possible to increase the firerate but i wont do it. that would make the weapons even more OP.

it is compatible with avorion 2.0 and above. either Beta or main branch
