This might have been an unfortunate consequence of a change I did, following a suggestion by comrades. I was told that if you name the item folders numerically, the game allows you to scroll through them with Q/E when placing them, and apparently players are very fond of this ability. So I adapted the mod for it, and it may have cause this issue of "not finding" the buildings when they were built before the change.
I hope it didn't ♥♥♥♥ up your game hugely, I certainly can relate to the situation.
The same thing happens in drive-through arches of other similar series available in the workshop. That's the price for realistic models.
