I am a ph.D of Modern Chinese History in China, so I know that this flag exists not only in KR but also in real history. It was used in the Xinhai Revolution(1911) in Huizhou, Canton Province. Chen Jiongming, who led this revolution, also became the leader of Chinese Federalist after 10 years. In 1922, he overthrew Dr. Sun Yat-sen's Revolutionary Government, in order to achieve Federalism. I admire him very much.

@sus Speaking as someone whose played Kaiserreich, these guys support something called "Federalism". What exactly that is I have no idea, however going by a quick search on Google, it's like how the states work in the US.

This mod was a commission by somebody; at some point I will make more Chinese skins of the 1930s and 40s (and remake the Qing Dynasty skins of the 1800s); but the WWII-era ones will be done by votes by the WW2 Collection
