This one is locked just to fire, my other sorceress reskin is not locked.

So any sorceress (any lore) can get this reskin? It's not just locked to lore of fire?

My other sorceress mod does replace the malekith starting sorceress though.

No, it's not a bug. I just don't have it set to that one, you'll have to recruit her. She's not the only fire sorceress, just one variant, so there will still be other generic fire sorceresses.

The starting sorceress in Malekith's ME campaign does not have this reskin, is this a bug on my end?

Plus, I'll likely be doing a lot of my variant mods in smaller stand-alone packs for this reason and because it's easier and simpler for me to do. I'll probably bundle them at some point.

I'll probably eventually put them into a bundle. One of the perks of having it separate is that if you want to choose which one you want to use in custom battle, it's possible. If they were in the same pack, you'd be stuck with the one I set for custom.

Some people were asking for this feature with my masters mod, they wanted to choose which to use in custom. With each variant in a separate mod, you can change the mod order to change which shows up in custom.

Will this be rolled into the main sorceress mod? Seems strange that fire has its own separate mod.

Ok just updated. It should work in campaign now. If you don't see her show up in the recruitment pool right away, try checking back next turn. (see my recruitment pool mod for faster recruitment)
