The compiled script was "unpublished" somehow when I updated the preview image before making the mod public. It never worked with any version of XCOM :(
Should be fixed now.

Ok, apologies all. I'm looking at finding a fix, or just remaking a second mod for WotC.
In the mean time try using the Alternative Mod Launcher.
