Hey @vinny1129t, sorry for the late answer, you need to give yourself a `gmod_tool` and select the "Entity Spawner" tool of the "VKX Tools" category (accessible via the spawnmenu), which is a SWEP only available in Sandbox and gamemodes that inherits it (such as DarkRP).

Hey @Archie, sorry for the late answer, it depends on what entity you're trying to spawn: if it's default DarkRP food, my mod doesn't support it right now, if those are spawnable entities (i.e. accessible from the spawnmenu) from a custom mod, they should be usable.

So, forgive my smooth brain, but i assume i can spawn food items with this?

I was using "Customizable Entity Spawner" to randomly spawn food items around the map for my solo Survival RP sessions, but recently that mod stopped working, so now i'm looking for a replacement. Since you only listed "Weapons" and "Scripted Entities" in your mod's description, i'm in doubt whether this will work for my Survival game or not.

@marlboro Yes it is, the permanent spawners are saved per map, so you can make one configuration per map

NPCs spawns and hold a single chosen gun and can't pick the ones you want, combine soldiers do always the ar2, I was wondering if can you include a set of guns for each npc?

Yes, recycling is a mechanic of my mode. But helping me is not worth it, since I asked my friend to make props as an entity. Also thank you for this beautiful addon)

@D3LTuM I already know that, my point is: do you have precision on what is your gamemode and the "recycling" part? Is it your own custom gamemode? Is "recycling" a mechanic of that gamemode? If yes to both, as a workaround, I could suggest to create a custom entity for your "recycling" mechanic that you use as a spawnable entity with my tool

Hello @D3LTuM, currently there is no way of doing it, you could theoretically create a custom entity script that spawns with a specific model (acting like a prop), but that could be very inconvenient if you want multiple models to spawn. For what usage do you want this?

@Hosterie I see, I've read the code of ZBASE and according to the implementation of both mods (ZBASE and mine) it makes total sense. I'm gonna write that down and close the issue on Github. Thank you very much!

Turns out zbase NPCs *are* compatible, just as long as you check the "add to default spawn menu" option

Nevermind, I got things to spawn, but now when changing the spawn chance, it keeps resetting to 100% randomly on certain weapons with no pattern to it.

I can't figure out how to actually spawn the entities in, I watched the tutorial and all but I'm still not sure? Left click just places a spawner, but no actual entity. Sorry for being stupid, just cant figure it out :(

@Nikitaf93 You have to tweak the chances of each weapon in the list in a way that the first one has a lower chance (<100%) than the last one (which should be 100% unless you want the possibility to not spawn) because they get evaluated from the top to the bottom.
