hello iam playing a medieval run, and i would like to have a feature, that the boost does not require electricity, for compensation the cart and the boost could have less speed, maybe a configuration setting?

Could you please add a discussion section that describes the automatic pickup/dropoff aspect of this mod? I tried making a rail from a mine to a storage palette but it just asked me to provide a list of currently existing items. I want to make a miner drop stuff and the cart carry it to a storage item -- can this mod do that?

I would like to try this mod, but others said below it seems somewhat difficult to get to work. SO before that, it would be nice if you update the description, pictures and add a video

this mod sounds like itll be cool after some more dev time but one suggestion is a walk through of how to set up and use the carts in the description or even better a video

Repeating what McDuff said. But you can only launch minecarts in devmode. Would be great if this could be fixed in the next patch. Thanks!

I am not quite certain how to get the minecart to go in a loop from 1 stock pile to another and move the items to the second stock pile. (Chunks are the cargo btw). Any advice?

Just tired this out, really good fun and useful, my top wish is a door that the rail can go through. So I can deliver goods to the freezer. The other would be a door with a rail that cannot be used by pawns, for my indebted population.

Aha. I see now. The option to change the dumping spot to "load mode" wasn't clear in the description.

So it's a bit annoying, but you need to set down the dumping spot on a stockpile where they are going to get materials from, if you then set the dumping spot to pick up, the minecart will pick it up automatically when it goes over the terrain, then when it circles back to the other dumping spot it will just drop it on the ground, if you build power lines around it, you can build sections of rail boost intermittently to help keep the minecart going on an automatic level.

I don't know if this isn't working for me or if I just don't know how to use it. The minecarts just act like transport pods and the "launch" button only appears in dev mode.

Making a rail dump drops my FPS at 3x speed from 60 to around 44 with RocketMan.

Great idea, but I cannot get it to work. I loaded a pawn into a cart, but there's no launch button and nothing happens when I right click it with a pawn. Do I have to build it on a switch to get it to run?

Do pawns have to push the carts or are they self-propelled? How much do they hold?
