how do i solve the buttom wall ?

lmao we forgot to specify that it is supposed to be played in duo

I tried but I got stuck pretty early. I'm at the part where there are 9 switches with 3 arrows pointing to them, and up the stairs there's a series of green and red controllers with a green switch and a red switch. Might need another clue.
