Really amazing! I just finished my first playthrough. I'm looking forward to another!

Chemical Medic: There are different versions of the final haiku depending on the choices you made and what you select in the ending dialogue with Matsuo Basho.
Saren 13. aug. 2014 kl. 8:15

Ksa-warrior 16. juli 2014 kl. 16:12

Caliph: I don't have any experience actually modding. My scenarios were made with the base game. What sort of help do you need?

Bring Soji to the yurt in the middle. He will say he has the map. You may have missed the message while fighting. When you make Soji board the transport, the Christian island will be revealed.
eXtreme 2. juli 2014 kl. 18:29
It didn't work because i had not check the right receiver on the menu message. I've got another problem now, i've defeated all the wako pirates on the island, where's the map ? -.-
Filthydelphia  [ophavsmand] 2. juli 2014 kl. 17:55
You just hit enter and type the number. 101 or 102, etc. Be aware that due to a bug with the game, if you load a saved file from within the scenario, the taunts will not work. You need to go back to the main menu and reload the campaign, then load the save. Sucks but it's how the game is.
eXtreme 2. juli 2014 kl. 17:32
I've got a problem, when i have to type the answer of the question.
102 101 #102 102#? Which is the right way?
Sribbledyfig 2. juli 2014 kl. 12:39
Hmm, how do you unload? I lost all vision and control on boarding. Yes, I was mainly enjoying the view. I was just about to get on with the story when this happened. Will have to try again sometime. Thanks for the encouragement. ;-)
Filthydelphia  [ophavsmand] 1. juli 2014 kl. 15:04
Cyclosis, it IS there for a reason! The third task the Daimyo assigns you requires you to board the transport, hunt some dolphins, and then go to the Wako pirate island. I actually went ahead and tested what I think you did, going straight to the transport before speaking to the Daimyo. I had no problem unloading Soji. I don't know why you couldn't.
Thanks for the positive words about the terrain! Try my other campaigns to see more of my map design! BTW, did you play the story in Haiku of the Ronin or just enjoy the view?
Sribbledyfig 1. juli 2014 kl. 13:39
lol - no, no problem with dolphins!
If you get on the transport ship at the fishing village there is no way of getting off again. OK, so it was stupid of me not to at least save the game before trying it considering that this is normal behaviour for AOE. However in the context of this scenario I think it's reasonable to think that the transport ship might be there for a reason.
BTW - I really like your explorable sparse/mixed woodland in this - wish all woods in AOE were more like this!
Filthydelphia  [ophavsmand] 28. juni 2014 kl. 16:24
Or was it the poor dolphins?
Filthydelphia  [ophavsmand] 28. juni 2014 kl. 14:27
I am not sure what you're talking about, Cyclosis? Was there a bug?
Sribbledyfig 28. juni 2014 kl. 14:19
Oh my. Just spent a long time exploring all along the coast line in this beautiful map. Then I got on the transport ship... don't get on the transport ship!!! :-(
Grrrr.
Ghuldas 8. juni 2014 kl. 5:00
love the map :)

My award-winning Tristan & Iseult is now available!
Meilenstein 11. maj 2014 kl. 2:45
Sieht nett aus und man merkt, dass da wirklich etwas Geschaffen worden ist.
Filthydelphia  [ophavsmand] 7. maj 2014 kl. 18:34
Be on the lookout for a new scenario, Tristan & Iseult featured in the AoF Scenario Design Contest, as well as a new project I am working on!

Thanks for the comment, Slade!
Slade 6. maj 2014 kl. 10:43
An original scenario with a deeply poetic touch, I am amazed by such strong content, good work ! :dgrasp:
Angryfecker 5. maj 2014 kl. 23:24
Seriously, Mesoamerican and japanese campaign? :D demn i love you
Having fun so far in your first chapter of the aztecs :)
Filthydelphia  [ophavsmand] 4. maj 2014 kl. 18:53
Cpt. Carnage, after playing this campaign, you should try Children of a Dying Sun , a four-scenario campaign about an Aztec rebellion in post-Conquest Mexico and my upcoming scenario, Tristan & Iseult which I submitted for the AoF Scenario Design contest. I appreciate the comment but the story snippets are only part of the story! Like I said, the kireji you discover and your proficiency with haiku will determine Soji's story. Soji can live or die and his poems can be remembered in history or completely forgotten depending on the choices you make!
Filthydelphia  [ophavsmand] 4. maj 2014 kl. 18:46
Thanks, Katana of Damocles, Phantasmal Ronin (noticing a Japanese pattern lol), and Cpt. Carnage for the great words!

Jesus Christ, the flowers are located at the honden gardens. Honden are Japanese Shinto shrines. In the game, they are represented with monasteries. They are not located in the cinematics but when you control Soji. There are two monasteries in the fishing village, one outside of the town, one near the Daimyo's castle, and one in the Christian village. Bring Soji to the flowerbeds near these monasteries and he will collect the flowers. He will comment on the type of flower he picks (using Hanakotoba, the Japanese tradition of flower language, which will relate to nearby characters/events near the shrine) and your count will go up in your objectives screen. Note that collecting flowers is an optional objective and you can complete the scenario without collecting the flowers.
Cpt. Carnage™ 4. maj 2014 kl. 12:10
I haven't tried this yet, but gottdamn son just reading your snippets is amazing. You need to write stories bro!
Kilo 3. maj 2014 kl. 21:51
This efforts put into this module have earned my absolute respects.
Excellent!
Jesus Christ 3. maj 2014 kl. 21:08

Angryfecker 2. maj 2014 kl. 20:26
Very nice work :)
Filthydelphia  [ophavsmand] 1. maj 2014 kl. 18:48
Kyzzer, you have The Forgotten DLC sold on Steam? This scenario requires it. Make sure you are in The Forgotten on the main menu by clicking on the banner at the top middle of the main menu screen. If you can play The Forgotten campaigns (Sforza, El Dorado, etc.), you should be able to play this from the Custom Campaign screen. You can also try this link [aok.heavengames.com] to download the scenario from AoK Heaven. You will then need to unzip the files. Tell me what I can do to help. I will be away this weekend on military drill but I will try to respond to your posts.
Kyzzer 1. maj 2014 kl. 18:17
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but it just causes my AOE II client to crash and reload whenever I start it.
Yakan 1. maj 2014 kl. 0:34
Thank you very much
Filthydelphia  [ophavsmand] 30. apr. 2014 kl. 15:12
Yakubu, from the main menu, go to Single Player, then click the Custom Campaign box. You should find Haiku of the Ronin there. The scenario was put into campaign format.
Yakan 30. apr. 2014 kl. 12:51

lorddli 27. apr. 2014 kl. 6:47
