One thing I can confirm you - and others - though, is that it is compatible with the Mod that replaces Ridiculon's OST by Mudeth's when you play as Tainted Characters.
I tend to use music replacement mods, so I don't want there to be conflicting stuff...
(Also for anyone wondering, if you have the Lamb Intro mod by Emffles installed along with this one, that mod's Lamb sprites will take priority over this one)
I was using the stage.xml from the Afterbirth+ resources, which did not include the new floors introduced in Repentance.
I'll update the mod to use Repentance's stage.xml and that'll fix the problem.
Tried a few runs and the crushes were consistent, then when I turned it off it worked as intended again.
Can't rule out it isn't some unfortunate interaction with some other mod, but leaving the mention here in case it's something you'd like to look into.
