i notice that the armor shop dont sell rattan hat or iron hat not even the blueprint,kinda strange when all the guards inside the faction have those hats
the guards dont have splint kit in their inventory

I would suggest to make the house on the left of the bar buyable and to add a Police house that way guards dont carry the bounty Forever, and last thing add and incenerinator for the dead bodies

Um, no... My Faction IS the Town of Shem! (not open to public)
but its more like a Fortress with over 50 mod recruited battle robots inside...

I took a look at the mod and you're correct. I forgot to enable them as a trader. It should be fixed now. Let me know if there's anything that comes up

I realy like this Town, the only thing i dislike Is the fact that the weapon vendor dont restock items/cats

I'm afraid I cant do so because I don't have the mod installed to do a patch for it. You're free to make a patch for it though

Can you adjust the buildings with Slopeless? It gave me vertigo and I had to bounce.

I checked the mod you linked and it looks like it won't cause any issues in terms of the placement regarding the towns since they're spaced well off
