I think it's done, next time I suggest you to be more specific, otherwise it's hard for me to work with, also if you want a version that updates more often you can check the Remix version, it's also great and it's quite different.

one of the attacks (throwable I think) has a shit ton of knockback, does +50% dmg and sends you to shit

Hey are you cool with there being another Jacket? I made a lot of edits to him in his stats, hitboxes, balance, etc. I'd definitely link credit to you this is an impressive character you've made, but I'd also understand if you said no.

Yeah I mean I've done some sprites but I don't think I'll be able to do a new character anytime soon, it's a long time and Jacket was in a bit of a rush, maybe I'll work on an OC next time.

And I removed the captures, I would like to put a timeline with the changes that have occurred (in the aesthetic) and they will be uploaded soon, as well as remove the Richter and Biker ones because they are Skins that will take a long time to arrive.

Another version is coming soon, it just needs a bit of polishing, but I can update an incomplete version and update again a week, I'm taking my time so that this new version meets many requests and doesn't crash.

this is an incredibly promising character, however for a character from a game like hotline miami, the stiffness of the movement could use some fixing. still an incredible job, though. the art is especially excellent.

This was good. You may want to fix the strong attacks since it doesnt launch the opponent enoughly. Other than that, good job. Hope you keep improving it better.
