Is there a way that the zombie hats don't drop but the player hats do?

In CDDA scenario B41.53 caps and glasses do not drop.
But some 100% protect hats like Hard Hat still had a chance to fall.
I set everything to 0% in version 1.2.

I just tested it in B41.53 and the blue cap of the first zombie I killed both stayed on its head and was available from the inventory of the corpse. I was also able to grab it / wear it directly from that dead corpse. Either you are looking at another corpse than the one you think you are, or you have something else (another mod?) conflicting.

Warning! Hats dont dropped from zombies to, because, you can not loot hats from zombies corpses, you see a hat on zombie, but in zombie loot you dont see this hat!

Glasses are included. thay wont drop
