@Gleen Cross custom name mods have unique name groups for each faction that differ from the base game. All custom lords and heroes will have blank names because of it, without a mod like this. Alternatively a renaming mod works too.

I am using a variety of "name" mods (and their compatibility patches and whatnot)... and they not always work as intended, especially with high/dark elves for whatever reason. Islandra have no name, same goes for Malida, Caradryan, etc One workaround is to download the "rename legendary lord" mod

Ah it was because of that, that Islandra has no name when i start a campaing with the loreful elf Names activated, i had the mod that allow you to rename legendary lords so i rename her manually at the end.
