what happened?
Every time you fire, there's a single frame where the gun is in the wrong position before immediately snapping back into position by the next frame. I thought it was recoil at first, but it's so quick it doesn't seem intentional to me. This gunshot goof makes the whole mod feel off-putting even though every other animation is wonderful.
If you folks are still working on this, I think it's a worthwhile fix. Version 1.2 was my favorite Scout mod ever and I'd hate to see it tarnished by bugs. Take care!

However, there is ONE issue: the 3rd person model has a missing texture on the front of the flashlight! I hope this gets fixed soon.
