Does the radar have some kind of battery system? It keeps turning off more and more frequently until I cant keep it on for more than a couple seconds at a time unless I kill bind or swap to another weapon for a few minutes.

The bigger monitor does feature a wider range, i could add a global convar as average players shouldn't mess with range checks that cause lag in multiple quantities

Is there any way to extend the range? Currently using it on ACF submarines and Missile Cruisers but being able to adjust the range would be cool. Is it a simple variable in the code?

Is there a way to extend it's range beyond 6000Hu? I always thought it was a bit small on some of the big maps. Really fun addon by the way!

the intended fix to exclude fast headcrabs from appearing as allied was the issue, not sure if its undone now

Oh wait, it works now! I just had to restart Garry's Mod for the change to appear, and now all the allied NPC's show up as *'s.

Thank you so much! You saved me from having to re-shoot almost half an hour of footage!

Blast it. Well, I did save an earlier version of this addon on an external hard drive, so I'll upload that for my own private use and see if that fixes the problem. Thank you for your help.

Yes, they shows up as a red dot, too. I've also tried all the main rebel characters and they're the same. However, I'm spawning them from the main NPC menu; could that have something to do with it?

I must be doing something wrong; I spawned both friendly and hostile NPCs, but both of them show up as red dots.

Oh dear... that's a problem because I'm using this radar in a machinima where the * marks a goal for the protagonist to reach. Now that it no longer shows up, that's a big problem. Is there a way to add the option to make the * toggleable? I saw that it still shows up in the equippable radar, but not the default version.

which was replaced by a pulsing team square and a triangle respectively, the reason for the player change to square was because it was colorable, the * wasnt

its fixed now, i was expecting friendly npcs to use _friendly so i shortened it to _f, but forgot about _fast

I’ve noticed that Fast Headcrabs show up as small friendly npcs (tiny green star) when displayed on the radar. This is a glitch, yes?
