I don't usually leave comments, but I came across your mod randomly a few months ago and I really like it. The song selection is great and well-suited (I really love your idea to use "Belzeebub" from Pony Island for Satan, and "Pepper Streak" from OFF for Delirium). Also, it made me discover a lot of niche/obscure games. Thank you for your mod! :D

Yes, it is the Jesus Loves you song sung by Isaac instead of the demonic chorus. I can easily see why you would think it is unused though. Not many people have 100% save files on this game yet.

Btw, there is another credits theme for a 100% save file. I noticed there was no replacement so I guess it might be another file?
