I looked into it, if other mods add items in the same manner as Deliverance, they should work together, yes. Because it doesn't edit the vanilla game's itempools.xml file, it has it's own file for that.
If this works with such mods it would be great

Unfortanately, yes.
I've tested it before releasing and it works for me. You might have an incompatible mod, anything that changes items.xml and itempools.xml isn't compatible, so if you have a mod that's something like "Rock Bottom on Treasure Rooms", as an example, it's not gonna be compatible because both change the same files.

Try to make sure it's not another mod causing any sort of disruption and let me know, I might be somehow missing something.
