In the mod files go to C:\redacted\bergwall\main\sound, and delete any sounds you don't want. I shall up load a copy without the fire alarms.

if you want the alarm to turn off, I have a way to do that. the script should check for fire, and set the alarm to "false" if the number drops below 1. this ensures that it doesnt flicker on and off while the fire still burns, and only goes out when all fire is gone. I assume you wrote the fire script from the ground up, so this may not apply. just an idea.
