I don't think they can help that, it happens in other voice mutators too.

one more thing, i think it would be neat to add some sort of pause whenever a sound was played it kinda gets annoying since the sounds get spammed

Nice mod but one thing i notice is that sounds like the hit sound still plays even if the actor is dead, was this intentional? also, when using stereo headphones, i notice that sound plays in a weird way sometimes, i.e a bot got shot on my left but somehow the sound plays on my right. kinda weird but overall really love the mod. :)

@Galahad it's not quite as advanced and you may already know it but here is a human death sound pack which also includes lines for friendly fire, getting hit, taunts and some kills.
