What is the functionality? Have you considered making tourist attraction versions of your office towers? Perhaps as 'sight tower' or cultural facilities? Heck, you could even make restaurant or shopping mall versions, many big towers have shopping facilities on the ground floors. Or a hotel would be suitable.
