Added health bar while possessing.

Added Use door button display as well as a message to tell you to bind it if unbinded.

Added slight night vision to help see in darker areas (not helpful for pitch black areas).

Added climb support, as well as an option to disable it.

Added hud while possessing.

Improved footstep volume.

Better stuck detection (should no longer crash the game hopefully).

Unrelated to Oni, but I'm guessing Nurse is way too hard to program. I totally and completely understand, but I'd like to hear what your side of it is.
