Could you set the alarm to trigger on damage taken from any source? I got it to sound by shooting my car, but it didn't do anything when I kept crashing it with a truck until it exploded.

In DarkRP for vehicles you can use DarkRP keys. But if you want using my keys it is better to disable allowvehicleowning in DarkRP config

I think yes. In plans to add normal keys with model, animation, etc. I don't understand what you mean by older cars
