You can download the version which is linked in the description for the version that everyone can play. This version is admin only as if your hosting a server you'd be blown up every 1 seconds by random people.

Could you add a feature that disables bullettime? Everything else is great, but I would like to disable the Matrix thing that you so spoke of. A simple console command might work.
