For knife sounds its simple, in Presets/SoundSchemes there is sound schemes for collision materials. Find the appropriate one and add a MeleeHit scheme for it. There are knife hit sounds in the files already.

Might as well add knife impact sounds for the to-do list since in SS4 you just swing the air and enemies drop dead in front of you.

And I semi-agree. SS4's sound design is so much better than the previous games.. but only when it comes to the actual sounds. The implementation of the sounds into the game is dogshit. So many things missing.. so many things are way too quiet.

I've said this many times - SS4's sound design is really awful and rushed. Mods like this definitely fix what should have been fixed by the devs. Nice job!
